Ingredients:

  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Cooked shrimp or pork, sliced
  • Rice noodles, cooked
  • Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, basil)
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Peanut dipping sauce or hoisin sauce

Instructions:

  1. Soak the rice paper wrappers in warm water until they are soft and pliable.
  2. Place a wrapper on a flat surface and layer with lettuce, noodles, herbs, and your choice of protein.
  3. Fold the wrapper over the filling tightly, then roll it up from one end to the other.

  • 1 cup coconut milk
